Innovalene^® 1000 series are transparent, colorless TPU resin based flexible tubings. Depending on applications, both ether and ester based TPU resins are formulated and fabricated into tubings with tight controlled ID/OD tolerances. They are NSF and FDA certified for safely deliver drinking water, food, dairy and drinks.

Innovalene^® 2000 series are transparent EVA tubing and are FDA and NSF compliant for food and drinking water contact applications. 2500 series are multilayered EVA tubings with patented inner layer to improve its chemical resistance property.

Innovalene^® 3000 are a series of transparent PVC flexible tubings. They are one of the medical indutry's first non-DEHP tubing offering, have been formulated specifically to meeet demanding challenges of applications such as dialysis, chemotherapy drug delivery and minimally invasive surgeries. Innovalene^® 3000 are certified with USP Class VI, ISO 10993 biocompatibility and are suitable for multiple sterilization methods. Therefore, theyhave wide uses in medical applications.

Innovalene^® 4000 series are a series of ultra chemical resistant tubings. They include non-DEHP and plasticizer free. Therefore, Innovalene^® 4000 series are ideal replacement to traditional PVC tubings. In many applications, like peristaltic pump, Innovalene^® 4000 series tubings enable long pump life and stable flow rate.

Innovaflex^®グレードはバイオ医薬品製造工程において長年の使用実績のあるInnovaflex^®チューブを、ローラーポンプ用に新開発したチューブです。血小板粘着、タンパク質結合が生じにくく、シリコーンチューブと比べ透過性が低く、バイオ医薬用途でPVCやシリコーンゴムよりも優れているInnovaflex^®グレードチューブの特徴はそのままに、毎分600回転のローラーポンプで1,000時間以上の耐久性(社内試験による結果)を有している。なお、生物由来成分を使用していない原材料からできており、FDA認可工場で厳密なGMP管理の下で製造している。更に、Innovaflex^®グレードチューブ同様に、ヒートシール機(熱融着装置)により、無菌的に熱溶着することができますし、オートクレーブ滅菌、ガンマ線滅菌に対応も可能です。Innovaflex^®グレードは輸入品AdvantaFle_^®, CFle_^®, BioFl_x^®などのグレードと相当である。
