Innovalloy® includes a series of multilayered tubing, including TPU, EVA, PVC etc. They are high performance, co-extruded products specifically formulated to provide a perfect combination of different performance such as chemical resistance, low particle spallation, fuel resistance, and superior mechanical properties. Their functional inner layers benefiting from precise processing technology can be ultra smooth to resist fluids while the outter layers provide long flex life and durability.
1000 series
Innovalloy® 1000 series are used as low permeation fuel tubing for automotive, marine, and other small fuel engine markets. They are transparent so that fluid is visible inside and include proprietary barrier layer to allow ultra low fuel permeation rate. Innovalloy® 1000 series are also compatible with ethanol blend fuel. Different from traditional PVC, FKM/ECO solutions, Innovalloy® 1000 series are CARB and EPA certified to met permeation emission rate of 15g/M2/day.

4000 series
Innovalloy® 4000 series are superior peristaltic pump tubings. They have unique multilayered structuress to enable the combination of inert, ultra smooth inner layer and flexible, long pump durabale outter layer. Innovalloy® 4000 series are show excellent chemical resistance and are unaffected by acid, bases, alcohols and other common chemicals, thus allowing wide use in wide range of chemmical applications. Innovalloy® 4000 series are manufactured from FDA listed raw materials, therefore it is FDA certified for food contact applications as well. It is compatible with pumps from the most major peristaltic pump manufacturers perfectly, such as Watson Marlow®, Cole Parmer®, Verder® pump etc., and is the first choice as an alternative to those imported brands such as Norprene Chemical®.
