Innovafluor®

フッ素チューブ

Innovafluor® include a series of fluorinated polymer tubings by carefully selecting resin type, extrusion process and post treatment. All fluorinated polymer is supplied by famous suppliers such as Dupont, 3M, Daikin etc. so the quality is guaranteed. Innovafluor® flexible tubings has the highest working temperature of any fluoropolymer tubing available today and it is widely used in general chemical applications such as delivery of natural gas, oil, paint, adhesive and other corrosive fluid etc. In order to meet the needs for peristaltic pump use, Innovafluor® K grades have been developed so that the combination of chemical resistance and durability with long pump life can be achieved.

PTFE tubing

Innovafluor® PTFE tubings are made out of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and they have well controlled dimensional size. We are providing PTFE tubings with wall thickness as thin as 0.05mm, and all PTFE tubings can be chemically etched with post treatment processs so that the adhesion to PTFE can be enhanced. After etching, the contacting angle of PTFE tubing surface can be improved down to lower than 65 degree, which is perfect to bond with other materials like PA or PEBAX in catheter manufacturing process.

Features:

  • Ultra thin wall thickiness
  • Surface etching
  • Precise ID/OD
  • Customized ID/OD & length

PFA,FEP series

Innovafluor® PFA and FEP series are a fluoropolymer tubings that meet the demands of bio-technilogy, pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory applications. Superior chemical and physical characteristics of Innovafluor® PFA and FEP series contributed to reliable use under severe conditions such as corrosive fluids, lower or higher temperature, long time repeat use. In addition, due to fluid integrity needs from medical and pharmaceutical applications, Innovafluor® PFA and FEP tubings can resist absorption of delivered fluids and minimize the risk of fluid alteration in single or repeat use applications.

Features:

  • Biocompatibility
  • Chemically inert
  • Sterilizable
  • Barrier and low permeation

Regulations:

  • USP class VI

Shore D durometers:

K series peristaltic pump tubing

Innovafluor® K tubings are made of proprietary fluoropolymer, and can serve in peristaltic pump under very severe environment. Innovafluor® K tubings can be used in continuous service with temperatures as high as 200 degree C and their opaque black color helps protect light-sensitive fluids being transferred. Due to their natural chemically inert property, Innovafluor® K tubings are also chemically resistant to most of chemicals, organic solvents and corrosive fluids. Please consult with technical service representives for detailed chemical compatibility information.

Features:

  • Chemical resistance
  • Durability with long pump life
  • Wide use temperatures up to 200 degree C
  • Resistance to ozone, U.V. and weathering

Regulations:

  • N.A.
