Innovafit® Mid and Large Tube Clamps meet USP Class VI and FDA 21CFR 177.2600 criteria, provide innovative clamping technology and are designed to accommodate large diameter and thick wall tubing applications. It is compatible with standard, braided (reinforced) and multi layer tubing. In addition to providing complete fluid stoppage, Innovafit® Clamps can be utilized in the flow position and features an integral bore hole for absolute lock-out capabilities.

Innovafluor® PTFE ultra thin wall thickness tubing series are available in a range of medical device application specific fluoropolymer with tight tolerance, ultra thin wall thickness and special surface treatment. Wall thickness can be manufactured as thin as 0.05mm, with various ID sizes up on customers request. PTFE tubing surface can also be treatment to achieve 110 degree contact angle for following up bonding process.

Innovapure® flanged tubing series is available in a range of application specific materials with broad chemical resistance for lab, environmental, analytical, clinical and industrial automated fluid sample analysis. Flanged tubing series are assembled with various gaskets and fittings made of PEEK, PPS, PP etc., which enables excellent chemical resistance and superior sealing properties for fluid path use in microfluid, analytical equipment and medical device.

Innovapure® MBT series is available in a range of application specific materials with broad chemical resistance for lab, environmental, analytical, clinical and industrial automated fluid sample analysis. MBT series are also available in 2 collars and 3 collars configurations, from Innovaprene® long life peristaltic pump tubing to chemical resistant Innovafluor® K tubing. Our professional extrusion experience enables tight I.D./O.D. tolerance control thus provides optimal fluid control. Our new MBT product lines have provided alternative solutions to fluid system needs in ICP (Shimadzu), CEMS, NH2-N Analyser (Amtax Inter2c, Compact), TOC, COD, TP analysers.

Innovafluor® K is a proprietary fluoroelastomer tubing specially formulated to low duro 60A for peristaltic pump use. Its high fluoro content enables both physical and chemical characteristics that make it ideal for severe environments, such as aggressive acid and alkali ahndling, chemical solvent processing etc. The Gen II Innovafluor® K benefits from improved IR vulcanization technology and can serve under temperatures as high as 200C. Innovafluor® K is a FDA food contact compliant grade and passed FDA 21CFR 177.2600 test.

Innovalene® 4500 series are formulated to resist ethanol as well as strong acid and base. As a peristaltic pump tubing, its pump life is as long as 500 hours under 600 rpm as measured by MasterFlex standard pump. Unlike traditional pump tubing, one great benefit of Innovalene® 4500 series is its flow rate stability. It is observed that flow rate of Innovalene® 4500 series stays within 3% over its pump life span and customers benefit from stable flow rate as welll as superior chemical resistance.

We have successfully passed 2 rounds of audits and have been issued with ISO 9001:2015 qaulity management system certificate in August, 2020.

Innovaflex® is a series of transluscent, colorless tubing developed for bio pharma applications. Its durometer ranges from 55-70 Shore A adjustable per customer requests and manufactured in certified environment and process. As tested on GE and Terumo welder, welding strength is superior to imported grades and welds well with current CFle_ tubing.

Innovalene® 4375 is a transparent colorless flexible tubing, Shore A 75 durometer, specially formulated for excellent chemical resistance, especially suitable for organic solvent, acid, alkali and organic ink delivery, and can be widely used in chemical handling, printing and analytical equipment applications.

Innovalene® 3500 is a transparent yellow tubing, with Shore A 60 durometer. With extensive permeation tests by using fuel, gasoline, diesel, Innovalene® 3500 shows proven performance of fuel permeation ratio lower than 80 mg/SQM/24Hrs, and can be widely used in portable motor equipment, fuel transportation, off road vehicle applications.
